Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.   3. Shipping Methods & Carriers We offer multiple shipping options within New Zealand, including standard and expedited delivery. Our preferred carriers include NZ Post and other reputable courier services, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  4. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free standard shipping for orders over a certain value, as indicated on our website. Additional charges may apply for rural deliveries or special handling.
