Refund Policy for Elite Print Studio

  1. Introduction At Elite Print Studio, we take pride in creating high-quality personalized gifts. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds or replacements.

  2. Personalized Products Due to the customized nature of our products, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure all personalization details, including text and images, are correct before submitting your order.

  3. Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist us in resolving the issue, provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the damaged or faulty item. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

  4. Incorrect Personalization If your item does not match the personalization details you provided at the time of order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund if the error was made by Elite Print Studio.

  5. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items that are not faulty, nor for errors in personalization supplied by the customer (such as incorrect spelling, images, or details provided during the order process).

  6. Refund Process If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the item is faulty or the error was made by us. You may be required to return the item before a refund or replacement is issued.
